It also makes no difference to the label whether the oil is supplied in a small 5 ml bottle or in a large 50 liter drum.

Therefore, even small quantities, such as 5 ml, must be labeled with hazardous substance symbols and corresponding warnings - even if these quantities are harmless in practice.
