Shipping costs and delivery time

The digital products can be downloaded free of charge immediately after purchase.

Digital products are digital content, i.e. data (e.g. neuromusic files, audio files, video files, software, eBooks, etc.) that are created in digital form but are not on a physical data carrier (e.g. CD, DVD, BD or USB stick, etc.).

For deliveries of goods and products on a data carrier such as USB stick, CD, DVD, BR, etc., you will find below the different shipping costs and average delivery times for regular postal items within Germany, Europe and the EEA. Please note that additional customs and handling fees may apply in some countries.

The exact shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Please note: Due to the different requirements and standards of packaging laws within the EU, non-digital products (USB stick, CD, DVD, BR) and goods (fragrance blends, room sprays, etc.) are not shipped to all EU countries. We only ship to the following EU countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
