Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase, with no shipping costs.

Digital products are digital content - such as data (e.g., neuromusic files, audio files, video files, software, eBooks, etc.) - created in digital form but not stored on a physical medium (e.g., CD, DVD, Blu-ray, USB drive, etc.).

For physical goods and products supplied on storage media (such as USB drives, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, etc.), the applicable shipping costs and average delivery times for standard mail within Germany and Switzerland are listed below. Please note that additional customs duties and processing fees may apply to deliveries to Switzerland.

Please note: Due to the legal requirements of the EU Packaging Regulation, we are suspending shipments to other European countries until further notice. This is because of the extreme bureaucratic hurdles and costs associated with the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), which requires registration and an authorized representative in each destination country.
